Search the data

The Stockholm Concert Database is built in Microsoft Access. The data, just like the sources, are in Swedish but there is an English interface with most of the information translated. Summaries of the database can also be explored here, for convenience and to serve as a starting point for further exploration. The summaries are made in Flourish.

Actors

In this table you can search for individual actors of all types: people, institutions, organizations or ensembles. This table allows for searches on actor name, actor type, instrument and nationality. The table offers information on for example the individual actors such as nationality, lifespan, number of performances/works performed on concerts and biographical comments.

Venues

Here you can browse and search the concert venues. In this table it is possible to search on venue names, and venue type.

Repertoire

Here you can search individual musical works in the concert repertoire. This table offers information of how many times a certain work was performed each year. In this table it is possible to search composer, work title and work type.

Concert types

This is a table over the concerts sorted by concert type. Here you can find information about number of concerts in each category each year.
